Jess Rothenberg has produced a lot of comments on social issues. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the reveal of the court case at the end, and the plot twists, I wouldn’t say I was completely taken aback and my mind was totally blown – but it was enjoyable nevertheless.

All the while the reader is trying to connect these two things together whilst solving this incredibly dark tale. The second is through interviews and transcripts of the court case itself. The story is told in two time lines, the first is Princess Ana’s memories and everything that happened in the years and months leading up to the court case. But underneath all this cool and fascinating stuff are a lot of dark secrets that the managers and investors can’t let anyone know about. Oh, and then there’s hybrid and extinct animals, like a dinosaur, mammoth – and even a polar bear, which became extinct after all the ice caps melted. ‘ The Kingdom‘ is a hi-tech Disney-esque park set in the future that uses robot girls for their princesses. It seems like I just flew by the pages without ever realising as I was that engrossed in the storyline. I cannot begin to explain how fun reading this book was. Nothing could go wrong, right? This comes from an e-arc copy I received in exchange for an honest review. Ah yes, a newly released young adult that is basically an evil Disneyworld that has robot princesses.
